Pretty and Polished Icons Part 1 - Swatch and Review

Sorry for the lack of posts this week. My son has had a cold all week long and I've only been able to work on this post and the accompanying video swatches for just a few minutes each day. This is going to be a very very heavy picture post and you'll see why it's taken me a while to get it up. Anyway, today I have for you the new collection from my favorite indie brand, Pretty and Polished. In the words of Chelsea herself, "Part I of the Icon Collection is based on current female music icons. I chose these women because they are iconic and have made big impacts not only in music but in my life and the lives of others". It consists of 8 polishes, 4 of which are thermals. Like I said above, lots of pictures ahead (about 50).

Today I have swatches and a review on 8 polishes from INM, the brand behind Out the Door top coat. They recently reached out to me and asked if I was interesting in reviewing some of their products. In addition to the 8 polishes, they also included base and two top coats, plus other items which I will be reviewing in a separate post.

Today I have some easy and simple nail at with le polish Rhea. I love using crelly polishes as bases for stamping and other art. For this look I used an UberChic plate and INM Out the Door Nail Lacquer. Check below for more swatches and a short tutorial.

le Polish - Love Your Mother (Earth) Collection - Partial

Well hi there "press sample" button! It's been a few months, I've missed you. I'm quite happy to get to use you again. Today I've got swatches of 3 of the 4 polishes in le polish Love Your Mother (Earth) Collection. These are crelly glitters inspired by a beautiful picture of Mother Earth that I'll link to below, named after some of the Greek goddesses of earth. I was very into Greek mythology as a kid and I love seeing a collection inspired by some of these lesser known goddesses. Swatches, macros, and a video swatch below!
