Today I have some holographic chevron nail art, inspired by @muchomanimani as part of a mani swap on Instagram. Her original was blue and orange and I made mine blue and gold. I used two Pretty & Polished holographic nail polishes for this nail art. Click "read more" or scroll below for swatches, macro and a tutorial!
I love nail art like this cause it's pretty simple and easy to do. I started with 2 coat of Pretty & Polished Gussied Up Gold, add topcoat and let dry. I wait about 15 minutes or so. Then I applied chevron nail vinyls (these are from www.nailvinyls.com, but that shop is currently closed). I did 3 coats of Pretty & Polished Sea Spray, a blue holo jelly (hence why it needed 3 coats). Then I removed the vinyls, cleaned up, and finished with topcoat. For the other nails I just used a dotting tool to create two different sized dots with Sea Spray, topcoat and done!

Gussied Up Gold was a press sample, I purchased Sea Spray myself, the nail vinyls were part of a giveaway prize.
