Pretty & Polished - Connie and Carla - Swatches and Reviews

I would apologize for my lack of posts again except I feel this is the new normal for me at the moment so...there's no point in apologizing for things out of my control. Anyway, today I have my swatches and review for the Connie and Carla collection from Pretty & Polished.

Overall, these polishes are all crellies or jelly glitter combos, some holo, and 1 thermal. They are based on the movie Connie and Carla, which I actually haven't seen but it sounds like a good movie. They all had pretty much the same excellent P&P formula, my swatches are all 2 coats with top coat except for 1 ('N Cream) which was 3 coats. I'll mention any differences below each individual polish but since they were pretty much the same, I don't want to be typing the same sentences over and over. I can assure you that no matter which one you buy, they are all sparkly, awesome, and the same high quality polishes I've come to know and love from P&P, you can't go wrong with any of them.

Belles of the Ball

Belles of the Ball is a dark blue-black jelly with black and blue holo glitters, and neon dot glitters. Swatch is 2 coats with top coat.

Debbie Darling

Debbie Darling is a light golden crelly with red and gold holo glitter. Swatch is 2 coats with top coat. Because of all the smaller glitters, this one has a textured feel when it dries. Add an extra coat of top coat if you want a super smooth finish.

Don't Be a Drag

Don't Be a Drag is a purple (blurple) jelly with holographic and sapphire glitters. Swatch is 2 coats with top coat. This one was my favorite. It's packed full of glitters and will dry textured. Swatches have been color corrected to show the color as accurately as I could, however, this polish photographed very blue and it's actually a dark purple base. I think the big blue circle glitters make it look more blue. The LED light is actually the most color accurate in terms of the polish, not my skin. 

Scary Mary

Scary Mary is a berry red jelly packed with red and holographic glitters. Swatch is 2 coats with top coat. This one is almost the same concept of Don't Be a Drag, but in red. Will also dry textured, use two coats of top coat to smooth it out.

'N Cream

'N Cream is a white crelly with peach glitters in various sizes. Swatch is 3 coats with top coat. This is the only one that needed an extra coat for opacity.

South Pacific Sing Along

South Pacific Sing Along is a light blue crelly with colorful glitters of different sizes. Swatch is 2 coats with top coat.

Quick Change Queens

Cold/Room Temp

Warm

Quick Change Queens is gray-to-nude thermal crelly full of different colored glitters. Swatch is 2 coats with top coat.
